Every instructor is checked before they're listed
We don't take anyone's word for it. We verify credentials against official South African registers and documentation.
Driving Instructor Licence
We check the instructor's driving instructor licence against the official register. Only instructors with valid, current licences are accepted.
PrDP Status
Professional Driving Permit (PrDP) is verified to ensure it's valid and current. This is a legal requirement for driving instructors.
Vehicle Roadworthiness
Instructors must provide a valid roadworthiness certificate for their training vehicle. This is kept on file and verified.

Document submission
Instructors submit their driving instructor licence, PrDP, and vehicle roadworthiness certificate through our secure application process.
Official register check
We cross-reference submitted documents against official South African government registers to confirm authenticity and current status.
Manual review
Our team manually reviews each application for completeness and accuracy. Any discrepancies result in rejection.
Ongoing monitoring
We periodically re-verify instructor credentials to ensure they remain valid. Instructors with expired credentials are removed from the platform.
What we don't do
We believe in being clear about our role and limitations.
We don't process payments
Lesson payments happen directly between learner and instructor. We're not involved in financial transactions, which keeps things simple and transparent.
We don't guarantee outcomes
We verify credentials, not teaching quality. Reviews help learners make informed choices, but we don't guarantee passing results.
We don't mediate disputes
If issues arise between learner and instructor, they need to resolve them directly. We provide the platform, not dispute resolution services.
We don't share personal data
Contact information is only shared when a booking request is confirmed. We don't sell or misuse user data.
