By accessing or using Supa DS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Supa DS is a platform that connects learner drivers with verified driving instructors and driving schools in South Africa. We provide a marketplace where learners can search for and contact instructors, and instructors can list their services.

3. User Responsibilities

Users of Supa DS agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Use the platform for legitimate purposes only
  • Not attempt to circumvent our verification processes
  • Respect the privacy and rights of other users
  • Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

4. Instructor Verification

Supa DS verifies instructor credentials including driving instructor licences, PrDP status, and vehicle roadworthiness certificates. However, we do not guarantee the quality of instruction or learning outcomes. Verification is based on documentation provided and checked against official registers at the time of verification.

5. Bookings and Payments

Supa DS facilitates the introduction between learners and instructors. All lesson bookings and payments are arranged directly between the learner and instructor. Supa DS does not process payments and is not responsible for payment disputes or refund issues.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Supa DS does not guarantee that learners will pass their driving tests or that instructors will receive a certain number of bookings. Our platform is a marketplace, and outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

Supa DS, its parent company YM3B9860(PTY)LTD, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid, if any, for using the service.

8. User Content

Users may submit reviews, ratings, and other content. By submitting content, you grant Supa DS a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute such content. You represent that you have the right to submit such content.

9. Termination

Supa DS reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior. We may also modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

10. Modifications to Terms

Supa DS may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
